The mission of the K C Heffernan Elementary School PTO is to support KCH students, staff, and families. We're here to support the education of students, create opportunities for family togetherness, and boost the morale of all staff.

The PTO holds five (5) public meetings during the school year. All KCH parent caregivers are encouraged to attend. Meetings are held on Tuesday evenings in the KCH Library, and childcare is provided by National Honor Society students from Marcellus High School.
